The Role

Reporting to the Head of Distribution you will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage a program portfolio to drive business improvement and performance
  • Partner with the "business owners" to evaluate current plans, redesign, remap and execute to ensure a heavily compliant, "on time", "best practice" program delivery
  • Investigate the program by challenging and testing the information presented, holding business owners accountable
  • Develop a meeting cycle ensuring risk issues are mitigated, benefits realised and key initiatives met

The Successful Candidate

A very accomplished Project  Manager with the ability to manage a portfolio of high activity in a transparent and structured way, you have strong influencing and negotiating skills.

With superior communication, you will engage and provide important information to key business stakeholders.

Energetic and confident, you hold a high attention to detail and have an excellent track record of delivering high quality outcomes.

Experience in various program and project methodologies is required including PMBOK, Agile and PRINCE2.
